The Naval Medical Research Center intends to award a sole source contract to Diagnostica Stago Inc., Parsippany, NJ, 07054. This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, if interested, the government shall consider all responses.

The requirement is for a contract on a sole source basis to provide a fully automated, moderate to high throughput benchtop STA Compact Max Hemostasis analyzer capable of the following screening tests:  PT, PTT, D-Dimer, Fibrinogen, intrinsic and extrinsic factor assays, thrombin activity, and quality controls. This will support NAMRU-SA research projects with marginal disruption. Period of performance is for a 12-month period. POP: FY 21 - FY 22.
