The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Diagnosis and Repair of HVAC Building 6028 located at Camp Roberts, Highway 101, Camp Roberts, CA 93451. Work to include: diagnosis and repair of HVAC in Building 6028 at Camp Roberts, CA. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to [email protected] with the subject title BID FOR EVENT# 35146 - DO NOT OPEN. Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 4/23/2025, at 10:00 AM at Camp Roberts, Highway 101, Camp Roberts, CA 93451. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the pre-bid job walk, attend the entire pre-bid job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the pre-bid job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-20 - Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor license, or subcontract to one.
