ICE will require 13,337 usable square feet (ABOA) of office and related space. ICE will require 65 (secured) parking spaces for agency use. The 65 parking spaces will be secured from the public. ICE will require a seperate entrance to transport "Detainees" on and off site. A sally port will be required to transport detainees.
