The Naval Medical Logistics Command intends to use the OMNIBUS IV for Research and Development Support Services for its mission partners and their subordinate laboratories and activities when it is eventually awarded in FY21. The Defense Health Agency (DHA) Contracting Office posted Presolicitation Notice HT0011-21-R-0004 for OMNIBUS IV to beta.sam.gov (https://beta.sam.gov/opp/c932671900d9419abbdec0fb3c41d7f9/view?keywords=OMNIBUS&sort=-modifiedDate&index=opp&is_active=false&page=1) on Friday, November 13, 2020. The posting includes a draft Request for Proposal (RFP). Small Businesses- please note 52.219-31, Notice of Small Business Reserve, on page 49 of the draft RFP.
