These stations include Tucson, AZ; Phoenix, AZ; Prescott, AZ; Albuquerque, NM; Loma Linda, CA; Greater Los Angeles, CA; Long Beach, CA; and San Diego, CA. The solicitation for this action will be posted to beta.SAM.gov, and all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
