The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract delivery order under contract N00019-11-G-0001 to the Boeing Company, for the procuremnt of supplies and services in support of ECP 6273 which is the DFIRS redesign due to obsolescence issues.  This is completion of work already started under a previous contract.  The work is for the F-18 fighter jet aircraft.

The Boeing Company is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer and integrator of the F/A-18 E/F and EA-18 G aircraft and is the only known source with the knowledge, expertise, facilities and qualified personnel necessary to accomplish this effort within the timeframe required.

All respondents must submit a Statement of Qualifications to demonstrate respondent's ability to perform the Government's needs within the required timeframe.
