Reference FAR 5.101(a)(2)(ii)

The vendor shall provide a conference facility to include lobby space, registration area, an operations room, hospitality room, a general session room, as well as audio-visual equipment (e.g., multimedia projectors, projector screens, microphones and overhead projectors), and standard amenities for the DFAS Supervisors' Forum to be held on 12 Jul 2012.
