MEMORANDUM FOR SOURCES SOUGHT

SUBJECT: Notice of Web Publishing for Sources Sought Notice SPE605-19-RFI-1007 for under
Guatemala, Beyond the Horizon Exercise.

This Sources Sought Notice (SS) for solicitation SPE605-19-RFI-1007 is for information and
planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of
the Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy). The purpose of this sources sought notice is to
identify vendors capable of supplying ground fuel requirements for Defense Logistics Agency Energy.
This notice covers the ground fuels requirements for DLA Energy customers located in Guatemala
for Beyond the Horizon.

The product procured will be:

DF2 55,000 Gallons
JP8 48,000 Gallons

If your company is interested and capable of providing the above mentioned fuel products, please
respond to this Sources Sought Notice no later than April 2, 2019. In responding to this
notice please provide the following information:

a.Identification of the firm and its owners (company name, email address, phone/fax number.)

b.Background information of the firm and Contractor regarding technical ability, financial
capacity and ability to perform.

c.Specific types of fuel capable of supplying.
