MEMORANDUM FOR SOURCES SOUGHT

SUBJECT: Notice of Web Publishing for Sources Sought Notice for Defense Logistics Agency

Energy (DLA Energy) under Belize PC & S Program 1.99A. SPE605-19-Q-0266.

This Sources Sought Notice (SS) for solicitation SPE605-19-Q-0266 is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy). The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify vendors capable of supplying ground fuel requirements for Defense Logistics Agency Energy. This notice covers the ground fuels requirements for DLA Energy customers located in Price Barracks (Main BDF base across from the International Airport. The estimated annual quantity is approximately 130,000 USG Diesel Fuel # 2 (DF2) via tank truck with pump and meter. The possible vendors must be able to provide and delivery fuel to various locations and times throughout the day and night, including weekends and holidays.

If your company is interested and capable of providing the above mentioned fuel products, please respond to this Sources Sought Notice no later than December 28, 2018. In responding to this notice please provide the following information:

a.Identification of the firm and its owners (company name, email address, phone/fax number.)

b.Background information of the firm and Contractor regarding technical ability, financialcapacity and ability to perform.

c.Specific types of fuel capable of supplying.
