The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to Dewey Publications for the purchase of the American Civil Service Law Series Books. These legal books will be distributed to personnel in PBGC's Office of General Counsel (OGC), Equal Employment Opportunity and Human Resources Departments.

We are requesting the following from Dewey Publications:

A Guide to Merit Systems Protection Board Law & Practice, 2015
A Guide to Federal Labor Relations Law & Practice, 2015
A Guide to Federal Sector Equal Employment Law & Practice, 2015
A Guide to Federal Sector Equal Employment Law & Practice, 2015 - COMBO (Book and CD)

This is not a Request for Quotation, but a notice of Intent. An RFQ will not be issued. Interested parties may submit their capability statements for the required services to Jessica Carrillo at [email protected] no later than July 15, 2015, 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government.

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation will not reimburse any costs connected with providing the capability information. Oral communications will not be accepted in response to this notice.
