All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Beatriz Rojas at [email protected]  no later than 11:00AM EST 30 June 2020. 

 Solicitation N0042120Q0349 is issued as intent to sole source.  The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Dewesoft LLC, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b).  Substitute or similar product will not be accepted.

This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should represent the vendor’s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. 

Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.SAM.gov.

Invoicing payment will be made thru Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), TERMS: NET 30.
