The Centers of Disease Control and Prevention, Procurement and Grants Office (PGO) intend to award a sole source, contract, in accordance with FAR 13, using simplified acquisition procedures to University of Virginia, Department of Medicine, 409 Lane Rd, Charlottesville, VA to develop, test and validate AFI cards before they are transferred to Kenya. The TaqMan Array (TAC) cards are uniquely designed for exsiting CDC equipment. No Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent.
