The United States Government Printing Office (GPO) intends to issue a sole source contract in accordance with MMAR 6.302-1 to Progressive Technology Federal Systems, Inc. (PTFS) of North Bethesda, MD for GPO's Development and Support for FDsys Program.  PTFS is currently providing the integrated customized  Web Application and Processing services to the design, upgrade of hardware and professional services to FDsys.  Scope of work includes providing the necessary software changes and verification of integration of the FDsys Program System.
