The United States Government Publishing Office (GPO) intends to issue a sole source contract in accordance with MMAR 6.302-1 to Progressive Technology Federal Systems, Inc. (PTFS) of North Bethesda, MD for GPO's Development and Support for the FDsys/govinfo Program.  This follow-on allows PTFS to continue and complete critical tasks for Web Application, Processing and System Administration services for the FDsys/govinfo program, and to ensure a seamless transition of these duties, if required.
