The US Army Contracting Command, APG, Natick Contracting Division on behalf of the Expeditionary Maneuver Support Directorate (EMSD) intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106(b)(1) only one responsible source to FutureScout, LLC, Providence, RI for the design, development, and execution for a series of tabletop wargames in support of a future Squad Holistic Lethality Demonstration (SHLD)-2.

FutureScout, LLC has current availability to support this effort given the critical timeline associated with the project. Future Scout, LLC previously supported (SHLD)-1 wargaming efforts for EMSD and is a known subject matter expert in wargaming data collection along with the modeling aspects of assessment which directly tie to the SHLD effort.

All Responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
