The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, Panama City, Florida intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to TriCircle Company, 5850 LaChateau Place, Tucker, GA 30084-1985 to study basic research in mathematical optimization techniques that impact signal and image processing in seawater. Tools and algorithms will be developed to implement the results of the research.   Tricircle employs the leading expert personnel with unique knowledge of the problem to be solved and techniques that are to be utilized.  Delivery of results will be to the Naval Support Activity - Panama City, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7018.  Period of performance will be approximately two (2) years from issuance of the order.  Award will be based on a fair and reasonble price.  Award will be made on or about March 13, 2015.  Point of contact:  [email protected]
