The National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) requires contractor results of profiling malaria compounds against a panel of human kinases for 4500 data points at one concentration and 300 IC50 curves. It is important to measure NCATS compounds’ activity against human lipid kinases so that a strategy can be developed to keep the malaria parasites killing activity and remove/reduce the human lipid kinase inhibitory activities.
