CITY OF MCMINNVILLEDETERMINATION FOR ITRON FM2S CL200 ELECTRIC METERS W/ ENCODER RECEIVER TRANSMITTER (ERT) NOTICE OF SOLE-SOURCE PROCUREMENTNotice is hereby given by the City of McMinnville, acting by and through its Water and Light Commission, which intends to purchase 240 Itron FM2S CL200 demand electric meters with the Itron Encoder Receiver Transmitter (ERT) module through a sole-source procurement from General Pacific, Inc (distributor) for $78,000.00. MW&L currently uses Itron electric meters with ERTS, Itron mobile data collectors, handhelds and software to collect water and electric meter data. The efficient utilization of existing Itron meter reading equipment and software requires the acquisition of the compatible electric meters. Electric meters with the Itron ERT module are only available from one source. An Affected Person can protest the determination that the goods are available from only one source in accordance with OAR 137-047-0710.
