FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin.  This item a part number from approved sources of supply: RAYTHEON TECHNICAL SERVICES, Cage 072E5, P/N 497HN0210; MARVIN ENGINEERING CO. INC., Cage 32067, P/N 497HN0210-1; and THE BOEING COMPANY, Cage 76301, P/N 497HN0210-1. Item is Production Lot and First Article Testing - Government.  The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.  Required delivery is 955 days ARO with PLT and FAT.  Item is a Critical Safety Item.  It is not commercial.  This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. .  Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Procurex system and review the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: http://dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction.
