DLA Aviation intends to procure 27 NSNs which are sole source, part numbered items from Eaton Aerospace LLC, (Cage 97484). It is anticipated that award will be made against an existing corporate contract with a three-year option period remaining on the contract. Any supplies to be furnished under this resulting contract will be ordered by issuance of a delivery order. Terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin, DLA Direct Support. This solicitation will not include any items that have a competitive data package. Alternate offers must submit a complete technical data package for each NSN for approval in order to be considered for award. This procurement is unrestricted. Requests for an RFP should be made to the buyer.
