The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Gerstel Inc, on other than full and open competitive basis for Gerstal TDS G On-Line Thermal Desorption System for use with Agilent Technologies 6890 Gas Chromatograph, P/N GER007846-090-02; Gerstel Cooled Injection System 4 (CIS 4C) Bundle for 6890 GC, P/N GER016200-090-02; LN2 cooling option for CIS 3C/4C/6C with C506 controller, P/N GER015700-900-00; Thermal Desorption System (TDS) supplies kit for CIS 4/6, P/N GER010453-004-00; MPS or TDS Maintenance & Application Training Course, P/N GER GS 1250-00. Additional specifications will appear in the RFQ. Sole source based on being unique capabilities to Gerstel Inc. (Microsoft IE Required). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
