Q1) Could you please clarify if we have to submit past performance survey forms to our USTDA references for completion or that information is available to you (either from the U.S. Government's Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) or from records internal to USTDA) and we just need to provide a list of our USTDA references and description of the work?

R1) Please refer to the Combined Synopsis soliciation atttachment Line item # 9  Quote Content (e)  Relevant Past Performance Informantion:  RFQ respondents shall submit a list of no more than three past performance references...a summary of relevant work.  Also, refer to Line item #10.2 Relevant Past Performance Factor.
