WILLAMETTE EDUCATION SERVICE DISTRICT DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE YAMHILL CENTER Proposals due 2:00 pm, June 29, 2022 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Electronic Proposal Responses on a flash drive will be received by the Willam ette Education Service District at HMK Company's office, located at 403 W 1st Street, Suite 4, Albany, OR 97321 until 2:00 PM, June 29, 2022. Emailed or faxed responses will not be accepted. The Willamete Education Service District is seeking to select Architects to provide the services described herein Design Services for the Yamhill Center in McMinnville, Oregon. Project Descriptions: Willamette Education Service District is planning to remodel their Yamhill Center, located in McMinnville Oregon, to better serve the educational programs they serve. The project will include interior remodel of approximately 13,650 square feet of the existing 30,000 square foot building. The remodel will include classrooms, offices, warming kitchen, restrooms, and associated program spaces. The total value of the construction budgets is anticipated to be approximately $3.1 million for the Yamhill Center, funded by Agency Funds. Selected firm will be expected to start immediately after Board award and receipt of a Notice to Proceed (NTP). The District reserves the right to reject any Proposal response not in compliance with all prescribed public procedures and requirements and to waive informalities in this Request for Proposals response process.
