Pursuant to Idaho Code § 67-2320, Ada County is soliciting statements of qualifications from qualified professionals to provide consulting services in connection with the project design and planning for development of approximately 88 acres of Expo Idaho property into a park and playing fields. The Project will include predesign programming, design of the new park, assistance with zoning and bidding, and oversight of the final completion of the phased Project. After a design competition, the Project will be funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) with federal award number SLFRP3408 by the United States Treasury.
