The City received a LEAP planning grant for the completion of the Scope of Work outlined in this RFP. Due to the nature of the funding source, the selected Consultant will be required to provide periodic assistance, information, and retain records in compliance with the terms of the grant (see Attachment A). The budget for the completion of the Scope of Work is not to exceed $251,450. The City envisions the completion of the Scope of Work as having three major components, which are further described later in the Scope of Work. The three components are: • ADU Plans and ADU Design Manual. • ADU Customized Construction Plans. • Education and Marketing Plan. The Consultant is encouraged to carefully review the RFP and may suggest alternative and/or additional services but should clearly demonstrate the benefit of such an approach. Additional services should be identified as an Optional Item in the Proposal.
