The Tohopekaliga Water Authority (Toho) invites interested engineering consulting firms with extensive experience in water main, reuse main, sanitary sewer gravity main, and sanitary sewer force main design, permitting, and construction administration to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for Survey, Preliminary Design, Final Design, Permitting, Construction Administration, and other miscellaneous related services for the listed projects below. Toho may select one or more consulting firms to perform the work. The projects may be performed concurrently with City, County or FDOT roadway improvements. The selected consultant(s) must demonstrate experience in both direct bury and utilization of trenchless technologies for large diameter pipe (greater than 16-inch) with unstable soils. The selected consultant(s) may report to Toho staff or Toho’s program management consultant.
