Deschutes National Forest Exterior Painting:

This work consists of exterior painting of facilities located on the Deschutes National Forest at the Crescent Ranger District located in Crescent, OR; Regional Air Center in Redmond, OR; Bend Fort Rock Ranger District, Bend, OR; and Scott Street Compound in Bend, OR. Base Item workincludes site preparation, painting, and cleanup for the exterior of 4 (four) buildings located on the Crescent Ranger District. There are an additional (26) facilities (at the locations listed above) that will require site preparation, exterior painting, and cleanup if exercised. These (26) items will be  shown as Option Items in the Solicitation on the Schedule of Items.

Option Items: Option items will be added to the Solicitation for an additional service. All Option Item(s) listed will be evaluated for award purposes; although, evaluation of Option Item(s) does not obligate the Government to exercise those options.

Funds are NOT presently available at this time for all Option Items and is NOT guaranteed.

Contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, labor, operating supplies, paint, technical expertise, and incidentals to fully accomplish the requested work.

Government will supply paint for the Base Item only and all other paint shall be supplied by the Contractor.

SITE VISIT
 Site Visit is expected and will be held:

Project work (for the Base Item) is estimated to begin: May 1, 2018 (weather dependent) and completed 45 days after issuance of Notice To Proceed.

GOVERNMENT ESTIMATE
Base Item is: Less Than $25, 000
All Option Items: Between $25,000 and $100,00

The Government will award a contract resulting from this Solicitation to the responsible Offeror(s) conforming to the Solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.

Solicitation shall be posted on or around: March 16, 2018 and anticipated to close on April 16, 2018 @ 1:00 P.M. (PST)
