System 1 each Depuy Attune knee system (or equivalent) with components for a patient specific surgery scheduled for 22 March 2016. System must be available in both fixed and rotating platforms with capabilities of cruciate retaining and posterior stabilizing options and 14 sizes of femcus, 10 sizes of tibial trays and 10 tibial inserts with 1mm increments. Vendor rep must be present for the scheduled surgery.
