The Bulloch Cnty Bd of Comm is accepting competitive sealed bids for: HVAC Renovation which consists of replacement of HVAC units serving DFCS located at 41 Pulaski Hwy, Statesboro, GA 30458. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on 03/18/21 at 11:00 AM, at the DFCS Office located at 41 Pulaski Hwy, Statesboro, GA 30458. All vendors wishing to submit a bid must attend this pre-bid meeting. If the contractor or a representative of the contractor does not attend this meeting any submission for this project will be rejected. The deadline for receipt of sealed bids is 3:00 PM, 04/08/21. Late bids will not be considered. Faxed or e-mailed bids will not be accepted. Bidders are responsible for the actual delivery of sealed bids during normal business hours to the Bulloch County Bd of Commissioners, 115 N Main St., Statesboro, GA 30458. The original bid and two (2) copies along with supporting documents must be submitted in a sealed clearly marked envelope. At the time and date of the bid deadline, the bids will be publicly opened and cost components read aloud at the Bulloch Cnty Comm N Main Anx, in Conf Rm 102 at the above-referenced address.
