The Government seeks to lease approximately 30,000 contiguous rentable square feet of office and related space. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 26,000 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF). The lease term requirement is for six (6) years, four (4) years firm. The space must be available for occupancy by October 1, 2009. The delineated area is Central Business District (CBD).

Other applicable requirements include:

• Parking - Sixty (60) structured, secured, and reserved spaces preferred.
• Space must be located on 2nd Floor or above.
