The Shreveport Job Corps Center is soliciting cost proposals for qualified professionals to provide subcontracted dentist services to students (ages 16-24) for the following position: Center Dentist: Services are to be provided for a period of 14.0 hours per week, 48 weeks per year on a fixed price service basis. Contract will be awarded for the period of November 1, 2009 to August 31, 2011 with a potential for 3 pre-priced option years. Proposals must contain a copy of current of State of LOUISIANA license, resume, DEA number, proof of malpractice insurance, monthly/hourly rate. Job Corps is a national training and employment program administered by the Department of Labor to address the multiple barriers to employment faced by disadvantaged youth.
