This combines synposis/solication for commerical items prepared in accordance with the formatin the FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice.  This procurement is being conducted under the Simplied Acquisition procedures pursuant to the Authority of FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Programs for Certain Commerical Items (10 U.S.C. 2304 & 41 U.S.C. 253(g) and 253a and 253b) FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items (Title VIII of the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994 (Public Law 103-355)), and FAR 37.4 Non-personal Healthcare Services (10 U.S.C. 2304 and 41 U.S.C. 253).  This announcement consititutes the only solicitation; therefore, a written solicitation will not be issued.  The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a firm-fixed price requirements type contract in accordance with the Request for Quotes (RFQ) 12-010 for a Dentist to perform services at the Standing Rock Service Unit in Ft. Yates, ND.  The solicitation documents and incorporation provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44.  The associated North American Industry Classification System code is 621111 and the small business size is $7 million.  This is a small business set-aside.

In the event of conflict between any terms of the agreement and the Requirements Contact, applicable Federal law and statues will prevail.  The requirements contract does not obligate any funds.  Fund will be obligated as individual task orders are placed hereunder.  Prior to the time that services are needed an individual task order will be placed against this Requirements Type Contract and shall be submitted electronically, facsimile or hard copy.
