The Gulfport Job Corps Center is soliciting proposals for qualified professionals to provide subcontracted Dental services to students (ages 16-24) for the following position:
Dental Hygienist: Services are to be provided for a period of 3.5 hours per week for a 48 week year on a fixed price basis. Contract will be awarded for the period of November 1, 2015 to June 30, 2017 with a potential for (3) pre priced option years.
In collaboration, coordination and consolation with the Center Dentist, the Dental Hygienist will perform services as outlined in the Job Corps Policy and Requirements Handbook (PRH) and the Oral Health and Wellness Technical Assistance Guide as permitted by Rules of the Mississippi Board of Dentistry, Rules Governing the Practice of Dental Hygienist.
Proposals must contain a copy of current Mississippi license, resume and proposed hourly rate.
Job Corps is a National training and employment program administered by the Department of Labor for disadvantaged youth.
