Los Angeles Job Corps intend to issue a Request For Proposal (RFP) to award an evaluated Firm Fixed Price subcontract for Dental Hygienist Services, non personal to provide on-site dental exams and treatment at Los Angeles Job Corps, 1106 S. Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90015.

The YWCA of Greater Los Angeles which operates the Los Angeles Job Corps Center (LAJCC) under contract with the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration is requesting proposals to provide full Dental Hygienist Services.

The Job Corps Center is required by the Department of Labor to provide basic medical and dental services to students. The Dental Hygienist will perform preliminary oral examination.

The RFP will be available on November 4, 2011.  The RFP closing date is scheduled to be on November 30, 2011 at 2:00 pm.  Actual dates will be identified in the RFP.

The award will be a firm-fixed-price subcontract.

The subcontract will have a 2-year base period, plus three (3) options for one (1) year each.
