The United States Air Force, 88th Air Base Wing, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio 45433-5344 is preparing to solicit for a firm-fixed price contract for one density meter with a sampling pump, drying pump, and compact printer. The contract line items will be firm-fixed price. Proposal equipment shall meet the requirements contained in the specifications below:

1. Quantity of one (1) density meter with the following functionalities:
        a. Shall be 4-place density meter
        b. Measuring range: 0-3 g/cm3
        c. Limit or error: 0.0001 g/cm3
        d. Repeatability (S.D. n=10): 0.00005
        e. Temperature range: 0-91C
        f. Peltier heating/cooling for temperature control and compensation
        g. Built-in color touch screen

2. Quantity of one (1) Sampling Pump
       a. Pump must eliminate errors and allow safe and efficient handling of samples and rinse solutions
       b. Must handle liquid samples with viscosities less than 1,000 centipoise

3. Quantity of one (1) Drying Pump
    a. Pump must quickly dry density meter cell after rinsing and prior to next measurement

4. Quantity of one (1) Compact printer w/ USB Cable

Delivery for this equipment should be four weeks after receipt of order (ARO). FOB Destination.

We intend to award this contract sole source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered. The proposed source is Mettler-Toledo, Inc, 1900 Polaris Parkway, Columbus OH 43240.
