Demolition of Ganus building on the campus of Harding University Pre-Bid Information There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at the Harding University Physical Resource Department Conference Room, 600 Dr. Jimmy Carr Street, Searcy, Arkansas on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at 2:00 pm. The Owner will conduct a tour of the site of the work at that time. Bid Information The Owner will receive bids until 2:00 p.m., local time, Tuesday, February 8, 2022. Bids may be mailed (Attn: Ryan Carter, Harding University Box 12239, Searcy, Arkansas 72149) or delivered to the Harding University Physical Resource Department Offices, 600 Dr. Jimmy Carr Street, Searcy, AR 72143, hereinafter termed HUPRD. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the time designated. Interested parties are invited to attend. Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications are available for purchase at contractor’s expense, or files may be downloaded for free from our online plan room.
