Notice to Offeror(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

The government requires the demolition of building 13022.  All work will be completed on Vandenberg AFB, CA. Please reference Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement (PWS) for further details.  

This procurement is being issued as a Women Ownded Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 238910, “Site Preperation Contractors”, with a size standard of $16,500,000.00. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP).

Please see the attached SF 1449 solicitation document and PWS for contract line item numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, description of requirements, period of performance information, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertinent to this acquisition.  Offerors are required to utilize the SF 1449 (Solicitation - FA461021Q0021)  to submit quote's and instructions can be found on the final page of the document. Offerors will also be required to complete the RFQ Safe Move Excel workbook.

All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov).  Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. 

Quotes are due Monday, 17 May 2021 NLT 1:00 PM PST . Offers must be submitted in writing via email; oral offers will not be accepted. Telephone and other means of oral communication will not be permitted. Please see "Evaluation Factors for Award" within the SF 1449 for directions on completing all required documentation.
