The work to be performed consists, in general, of demolition of improvements at 2400 Pine Street and removal of all structures, foundations, landscaping, fences where designated, debris, out buildings, patios, asbestos or lead containing materials, and grading sites to match existing grades, applying emergent systematic herbicide and applying a 4” layer of mulch to the finished grade. During the bidding of this project, contractors who have questions or desire clarifications about the bid documents, must submit those questions or requests for clarifications in writing using the form provided in the bid documents. Said questions and requests for clarifications must be submitted by the date identified in the project Special Provisions. The asbestos and lead based paint surveys are currently being prepared and will be issued to all prospective bidders via an addendum.
