The work to be performed consists, in general, of demolition of improvements at 2330 Elm Street, 2331 Beech Street, 2330 B Street, 2318 B Street, 2315 C Street and removal of all structures, foundations, landscaping, fences where designated, debris, out buildings, patios, asbestos or lead containing materials, and grading sites to match existing grades, applying emergent systematic herbicide and applying a 4" layer of mulch to the finished grade. During the bidding of this project, contractors who have questions or desire clarifications about the bid documents, must submit those questions or requests for clarifications in writing using the form provided in the bid documents. Said question and requests for clarification must be submitted by the date identified in the project Special Provisions.
