2. Quoters must complete Clause 52.213-3- Offeror Representations and Certifications. If you are registered in SAM under section (b)(2) type in NOT APPLICABLE and return with quote. If you are not registered  in SAM complete section (c)
3. Site Visit sign in sheet attached
4. QUOTES MUST RETURN A SIGNED COPY OF ALL AMENDMENTS

The purpose of this amendment is to clarified the actual FCC address due to incorrect information on Google Maps /
MapQuest. Please see Livermore CA-Map-Destination-CORRECTION document attached.

SITE VISIT:
October 7, 2024 at 10: AM Local Time, at 3320 Lorraine Street, Livermore, CA 94551
