This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR Part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number is 12405B23Q0111 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).  This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01.  This solicitation is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  The North American Industry Classification System code is 238910 Site Preparation Contractors.  The small business size standard is $16.5M.

Description of Work.  The Contractor shall furnish a technical and cost proposal to provide services to demolish and dispose of Building 11.   The project is to demolish and dispose Building 11 in its entirety, backfill any resulting voided areas with friable topsoil to match the surrounding ground, and establish turfgrass for permanent erosion control.  Building 11 is a one-story, “U” shaped concrete structure with flat roof and a crawl space basement.  Building is approximately 3,600 square feet.  Work must be performed in strict accordance as detailed in attached Statement of Work (SOW). 

FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects.  Between $100,000 and $250,000.

• Detailed Cost Proposal with cost breakdown for the entire project as specified in the statement of work.
