FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROJECT.  NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE.  THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION/RFP EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE RFP CLOSING DATE

The contractor shall be responsible for the complete demolition of building 1508. The building is approximately 8,185 square feet, 2 story, brick, with metal roof. Work includes demolition and disposal of structure, foundation, slab, and all interior utilities and fixtures.

The contractor shall submit a unit price for the removal/disposal per 1,000 lbs of Government furniture/systems/equipment.
