Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with the attached statement of work, specifications and drawings. VGLZ 202001 Demolition Bldg. 972 consists of all labor, materials, and supervision necessary to demolish and to dispose of facilities, various structures, roads, railroads, sidewalks, and utilities; the Contractor shall restore the site following demolition, re-grade and establish grass ground cover on the sites as described below. Demolition includes, but is not limited to, buildings listed in Table 1.01 in the Statement of Work (SOW) and as defined specifically on the information drawings provided. NOTE: There is a pre-proposal site visit scheduled for Wednesday, 12 August at 10:00 am.
