A 2nd and 3rd amendment has been added to this solicitation for the following summary of changes:

1. To change the sealed bid due/date time from Tuesday, 8 Sep 2020 at 11:00AM to Wednesday, 9 Sep 2020 at 11:00AM at the Bldg. 105 Conference room at Selfridge ANGB.

2. To add SOW ADDENDUM 1 for clarifications/changes to the original Statement of Work (SOW).

3. There are no other changes and all other terms and conditions shall remain the same.

An amendment has been added to this solicitation changing the bid due date/time from Monday, 31 Aug 2020 at 2:00PM to Tuesday, 8 Sep 2020 at 11:00 AM at the Bldg. 105 Conference Room. There are no other changes at this time and all other terms and conditions shall remain the same.

Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with the attached statement of work, specifications and drawings. VGLZ 202001 Demolition Bldg. 972 consists of all labor, materials, and supervision necessary to demolish and to dispose of facilities, various structures, roads, railroads, sidewalks, and utilities; the Contractor shall restore the site following demolition, re-grade and establish grass ground cover on the sites as described below. Demolition includes, but is not limited to, buildings listed in Table 1.01 in the Statement of Work (SOW) and as defined specifically on the information drawings provided. NOTE: There is a pre-proposal site visit scheduled for Wednesday, 12 August at 10:00 am. All interested contractors are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to attend. Please see the attached solicitation for further details.
