Demo for Combined Weapons Facility (CWF) Project Site LSGA242001

Primary Scope: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform the services of demolition and removal of debris of the following metal buildings (photos included in Exhibits 1-5.):

1. Wash Rack B1404
2. CTK B1422/B1022A
3. Storage Shed

Optional Scope: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform the services of demolition and removal of debris of the following concrete structure and metal building (photos included in Exhibits 1, 6-7.):

1. Loading Ramp Dock B1070
2. Pump House
