This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The offeror is to provide the following items listed below to the Marine Corps Combat Development Command (MCCDC), Operations Analysis Division (OAD)(C195), 3300 Russell Road, Quantico, VA 22134. Offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration(CCR) and qualify as a small business therein to be considered for this requirement.

The Goverment will make an award to the responsible offeror with the lowest price and technically acceptable. Should the offerors items be under GSA contract, please indicate contract number and expiration date.
