NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego intends to issue a sole source purchase order in accordance with in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 to Dell Marketing LP, One Dell Way, Round Rock, Texas 78682-0001 The proposed contract is to procure the following items: Replacement LAPTOPS WITH COMPOSE OPERATING SYSTEMS. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available.
