In support of the ARRA objectives, SBA plans to improve, streamline, and automate information technology systems related to lender processes and lender oversight.  Specifically, SBA plans to re-design business processes and consolidate siloed legacy systems through the implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to establish a single, one-stop-shop of lender, small business and partner case information.    

The contractor is to provide the following items: 

 Item 1 - Kyocera KR2 Mobile Router uses 1CEV-DO WAN backhaul, access point with wireless broadband connectivity,  5 ea.

 Item 2 -   Netgear ProSafe 16 Port Gigabit Smart Switch, 5 ea

 Item 3 - Infocus Work Big IN42 LCD Projector 3200 Lumens, 5 ea.

 Item 4 - Dell Lattitude 6400 Laptops, 65 ea
