Daily lunches for the prisoners housed in the USMS Cell Block. Vendor will provide lunches on every weekday. Each lunch shall consist of a turkey and cheese sandwich (no condiments or vegetables) on a Kaiser roll, a naval orange and a 12 ounce fountain or soft drink.
This is an indefinite quantity order up to the total quantity of meals per year. The order may be modified only by the Contracting Officer to increase the annual quantity.
Vendors will deliver the meals before 11:30 a.m. local time to the "Deliver to" address. Orders will be placed to the vendor no later than 10:00 a.m. every weekday. Delivery personnel will be required to submit to security procedures required by the guards at the courthouse. The meals per day count is currently averaging a total of twenty three (23).
Past performance information for previous government contracts is required along with contact information for the cognizant government personnel.
