The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Document the correction of the "Solicitation No" and "Destination Country" for attachment 2, which was the "Fuel Source Data Sheet." (Attached)

2. To update specific instructions on pg. 3, 2nd paragraph:

Questions to this solicitation must be received by 3:00 PM local time (Ft. Belvoir, VA) May 9, 2018. Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 PM local time (Ft. Belvoir, VA) on May 14, 2018.

Offers may be submitted via email to [email protected]. When submitting offers, please note the solicitation number SPE605-18-R-0219 and company name in the subject line of the email. A confirmation of receipt will be sent to you once your offer has been received. If an offeror does not receive an email confirming receipt of proposal by DLA Energy, call the contract specialist. Please note that the offeror assumes all risk for any delay in the transmission of their proposals. Any offers received after the above deadline will not be considered. All offerors are encouraged to review FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS and solicitation provision L-0001 L2.11-4 EMAIL PROPOSALS. All offerors are further encouraged to submit their proposals early.

3. An amendment will be forthcoming with responses to questions related to this solicitation.
